More About Our Coaches
Brittany Shaver
Brittany coaches our Shark bites, Tiny Tiger Sharks and Mini Makos teams at CSA.  She is the very first coach that most of our kids experience and she helps them develop their cheerleading skills and their love for cheerleading.  She has been coaching here for the past seven years.  She is also a pre school teacher at Forsyth Country Day School.  Her love for CSA began as a member of our Senior Red team many many years ago, and she has been here ever since.  Brittany and her family have always been huge supporters of our philosophies.  Her youngest sister, Madi is a member of both our Jr and Sr teams.

Katie Lowder Munn
Katie has been coaching at CSA for over 10 years.  She coaches our junior age teams: Leopard Sharks and Hammerheads.  Katie is one of the most competitive coaches we have ever had.  She is very dedicated to her teams and expects only the very best from them.   She has trained so many of our former Junior and Senior aged kids and has always pushed them to excel and master all skills in their level.  No one wants to "Win" more than Katie.  Her passion for  coaching is very evident.  She may be small but she is LOUD.  Her coaching style is very demanding but she always gets amazing results. Katie was married in 2015 to Spencer Munn.  Spencer and Katie both train and coach CrossFit, as well as own their own Crossfit gym in Clemmons.  They have one offspring, Jelly.  She is a Golden Doodle.

Stephanie Sweet

Cheerleading has always been a huge part of Stephanie's life. She was a competitive cheerleader in high
school and went on to cheer in college at Appalachian State. While in college she became a UCA Head
Instructor and taught camps for numerous summers. Stephanie has been coaching at CSA for 8 years.
She has coached about every age and every level 1-5. One of Stephanie's best characteristics is
her dependability; she is always willing to do whatever is asked of her and is willing to take one for the team. Currently, she coaches Great White, Leopard Sharks and Hammerheads as well as coaches the Varsity cheerleaders at East Forsyth High School. Stephanie is married to Mikey Sweet and they are proud parents of their Black and Yellow Labs Jax and Caroline. She teaches Health and P.E. at Parkland High School as her day job. Stephanie is a very busy person.

Angie Stage

Angie coaches our Great White team at CSA.  She has helped with the mini team for the past two years.  She has been coaching Davie County High School cheerleading team for the past 14 years where the team has won several state titles in various Coed divisions, national finalists at National High School Cheerleading Championship placing as high as second in the Medium Coed division, and 6 time World School Champions.  Ella, her daughter, is a member of our mini 1 and junior 3 teams this season.  Angie is excited to work with the senior age kids in the 2017-2018 season.

Jerrica Scott

I am a 7th grade Math teacher, photographer, and cheerleading coach with a passion for inspiring the youth to meet their intellectual as well as athletic potential. I participated in competitive cheer as a child, and remained a cheerleader throughout high school. The love for this sport has never left, and has only grown over the years. I am a teacher, and cheer parent as well. For this reason,
I have over ten years experience in coaching Pop Warner (Winston-Salem Tiny Indians), American Youth Cheerleading or AYC (Forsyth County Broncos), and in the Winston Salem Forsyth County schools athletic program; all of which advanced to compete at the national level annually. I established the first and only nationally competitive middle school cheerleading program in WSFCS. My team was featured in the local newspaper, and went on to become 2nd place national champions.
I believe that players are daughters/sons first, students second, and athletes third. I understand that it is important to recognize and support obligations to family, school and cheerleading. I will strive to develop and utilize the whole person, and not just the athlete.
